We're based out of Panama City, Fl. and offer shipping anywhere in the US, including Hawaii and PR! We love creating custom, one of a kind pieces that you will fall in love with. Whether you're looking for a new piece of home décor to hang in your home, a gift for someone special in your life, or some cute new clothes for your littles, we're delighted to make something for you!
We have a 7/10 business day turn around time, that is subject to change at anytime. We strive to get everything done as quickly as possible.
Payment: We will invoice via Shopify. All invoices are due within 24 hours. You will get ONE reminder to pay your invoice, then it will be cancelled.
Shipping: We currently offer local porch pick up and shipping (for an additional charge). All orders that have opted for porch pick up MUST be picked up within 5 business days. If you haven't picked up your items, you will be automatically charged shipping for your items, and will be unable to opt for porch pick up for future orders. We have a covered porch with a Ring camera so your packages will be secure until you pick them up. I ship packages out daily via USPS. All packages come with tracking that will be provided to you. We're happy to provide expedited shipping when requested at the customers expense. We do not offer combined shipping at this time due to high order volumes.
Return Policy: Due to the personalized nature of most of our products, we are not currently accepting returns. If there was an error on our end, we will gladly replace the product, or issue a store credit in the event the product can not be replaced. Once your payment has been submitted, we can not alter or change your order in any way. If there is an issue with your order, you must contact me within three days of receiving your order. Once outside of that time frame, there will be zero refund/credits offered.
